I am so excited to offer in person, hands on sourdough classes (regular and gluten free) in Wake Forest, Franklinton or in your own home or church! I have designed a class that gives each student hands on practice of all aspects of creating highly nutritious sourdough from feeding and maintaining starter to shaping fully fermented dough. The feedback from previous classes has been phenomenal and I think it’s because of the hands on training. You can watch 1,000 videos on YouTube but there is just something about doing it yourself with an instructor to help that just makes things click.

My daughter and I loved learning how to make sourdough bread with Sabrina. She made the process of feeding sourdough starter and baking bread seem doable. Since taking the class Iโ€™ve kept my sourdough starter alive and baked several loaves of bread. I plan to try the cinnamon rolls over the holidays. You get everything you need to go home and bake your own bread including starter for the next time. The class is a great value!

I had the most wonderful experience at Sabrinaโ€™s sourdough class! She is so humble, kind, and patient in the way she explains every step of the process. Even after the class, when I had what felt like a million questions, she gladly took the time to answer them all and offer guidance. I deeply appreciate her generosity, positive energy, and genuine willingness to help. Sabrina is a hardworking woman with such a big heart for her community, and I feel truly lucky to have met her.

I hosted an at-home sourdough baking class with several friends. Sabrina was prompt, well prepared, and made the class so fun! She brought all the needed supplies, participants left with the necessary items to make multiple loaves of bread (and then some!) . Highly recommend her
