I am so excited to offer in person, hands on sourdough classes in Raleigh, Wake Forest or in your own home or church! I have designed a class that gives each student hands on practice of all aspects of creating highly nutritious sourdough from feeding and maintaining starter to shaping fully fermented dough. The feedback from previous classes has been phenomenal and I think it’s because of the hands on training. You can watch 1,000 videos on YouTube but there is just something about doing it yourself with an instructor to help that just makes things click.

“Sabrina’s sourdough class was the thing I honestly didn’t know I needed! I signed up for her class as a fun “girl’s night out” and making sourdough has become my newest obsession! Prior to her class, I considered myself a pretty good cook and a not great baker. Sabrina’s class was an easy step by step process and eliminated all of the intimidation that often comes with learning all things sourdough. The class included a fabulous kit so nothing was left to buy afterward. She walked us through making our own dough and how to finish and bake at home. Sabrina made the class fun and so worth the registration fee. I highly recommend her class! You won’t regret it!” Jen F

Hi! I’m Jennifer Fore, owner of FORE The Love of Dough micro-bakery in Louisburg, NC. In the past year, my love for all things sourdough and baking has created a passion and outlet that I didn’t know I needed! I was fortunate enough to have been taught the art of sourdough by the BEST (Sabrina!) and I am now excited to partner with Sabrina to bring classes to a broader area of our community. I look forward to meeting more of our fabulous community in the future!
